DIMENSIONAL WEIGHING SYSTEM |
| The CubiScan 100 facilitates storage location
planning, order picking, re-pack, shipment planning, and
freight manifesting activities, and is capable of gathering
dimensions and weight on products as small as 0.5 inches
and as large as 24 by 24 inches on length and width, and
36 inches on height. With a mobility pack, (which includes
a battery and charger) the 100 becomes a completely portable
workstation, allowing it to go to the freight rather than
bringing freight to it. The CubiScan 100 is a legal-for-trade
certified device that allows shippers and carriers to
manifest freight based on volume and weight, always applying
the correct and optimal shipping charges. All CubiScan-collected
data is stored in a user-friendly, Windows-based software
package called QbitWin™, and is easily transferred
to a warehouse management system or computerized host. |

| Designed for use in distribution, direct
fulfillment, and logistics environments, the Cubiscan
150 combines the attributes of flexibility, accuracy,
and durability into one attractive and functional package.
The CubiScan 150 is robust, with a maximum measurement
range of 3.3 x 3.3 x 4 feet (1 x 1 x 1.2 m) and a net
weight capacity of 150 lbs (68 Kg). Yet it is precise,
with a measurement resolution of 0.2 inches (50 mm) and
weight resolution of 0.2 lbs (0.1 kg). The CubiScan 150
dimensioning system is mounted on locking casters, so
it can be operated in a fixed position or quickly moved
and redeployed when necessary. Accessories include label
printers, PC interface workstations, storage shelves,
and several bar code scanning solution options. |

Each unit has two active serial communication
ports, one serial printer port with flow control,
and includes an Ethernet port, allowing for network
connection and remote diagnostics. With an optional
PC-based interface and QbitWIN™ software, the
CubiScan 150 is capable of buffering thousands of
data records, can interface to bar code scanning and
label printing devices, and can communicate directly
(in batch or real-time mode) with mainframe or PC
hosts.

| The CubiScan 200-B is an integrated in-motion
cubing and weighing system that will simultaneously measure
and weigh parcels as they travel at speeds up to 165 feet
per minute, regardless of their orientation. Its flexibility
allows it to be installed in various configurations with
automatic barcode scanning equipment making it a highly
productive, turnkey dimension scanning, weighing, and
tracking system. All data captured by this legal-for-trade
cubing and weighing device is transferred electronically
to a computerized host where valuable dimensional-based
shipping charges can quickly be computed and applied. |

With the new Doran Hawkeye 1200C Scale you can instantly measure the weight, dimensions, and volume of any case up to 24" x 24" x 24" and 150 lb. All the operator has to do is position the case on the scale - the Hawkeye 1200C does the rest by calculating weight, height, width, depth, and volume and displaying the results on its bright LCD display.

Hawkeye 1200C Technology
The Hawkeye's 1200C's unique cubing scale design includes a passive optical measurement system that provides measurement accuracy of +/- 0.1". Usable in most any light conditions, the display is readable up to 15 feet away, and the intuitive design assures that minimal operator training is required. The Hawkeye 1200C will enable users to be able to effeciently capture shipping revenues they may have missed in the past.
It's Easy to 1-2-3
The fully automatic Hawkeye 1200C is fast and easy to use.
1) Place the case to be measured into the corner of the Hawkeye scale.
2) In less than a second, the display will indicate:
Weight
Height, Depth, and Width
Volume
The displayed data is held until the case is removed from the scale. The top line of the display alternates between weight and volume after case weight and size is acquired.
3) Data is automatically exported from the Hawkeye 1200C to the Perfect Meaure™ Software.
The weight display shows the data in pounds or kilograms.
The large backlit LCD displays depth, width, height, and volume in inches or centimeters.
