We offer Service Agreements should you choose to have your scales or test equipment checked on a regular basis which can reduce your need for emergency repairs. We will work with you on the frequency of these routine checks which can be semi-monthly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually. During these visits, our technicians will perform routine maintenance on the equipment as well as clean, check, and calibrate the equipment. The technicians will certify and label each piece of equipment tested. Nicol Scales also offers the Certificate Retrieval System (CRS) in which calibration certificates can be accessed from a secure site on the internet. The CRS systemwill track the calibration history of equipment being tested.
